This is a notification from the Hellfire Legion High Command.

Approximately one hour ago three Osiris-class battleships of the Order were sighted in the New York system. Legion assets approached said battleships and requested a proper explanation for their presence in the New York system, a presence which no doubt posed a major potential endangerment of the civilians in the vicinity and planet-side on Manhattan, as said battleships were encountered directly in Manhattan's perimeter.

An explanation from the presumed commanding officer was not really given, unless if your biological selves wish to label the following chit-chat one.

Quote:OCV~Osiris: the navy lunched the first attack and killed countless civilians
[HF]-HFB-Ven'Gyr: This is Warhammer Actual.
[HF]-HFB-Ven'Gyr: Order forces.
Aethen: order and hellfire working together
[HF]-HFB-Ven'Gyr: Explain your presence.
[HF]-HFC-Damocles: Dale: Shut your trap and watch the show, Aethen.
OCV~Osiris: the navy attacked a civilian convy infront of my eys
OCV~Osiris: then opened fire on us we followed and returned fire
OCV~Osiris: killed a dread in the process others ran
[HF]-HFB-Ven'Gyr: The full story, Osiris Actual.
SirLagsalot: *Yawns* Does not sound convincing so far.
Aethen: i think they saw liberty space undefended after HF invasion and decided to take opportunity
[HF]-HFC-Damocles: okay.
[HF]-HFB-Ven'Gyr: Alright.
[HF]-HFB-Ven'Gyr: Once more.
OCV~Osiris: our long range scanners didnt detect you till we killed the battleship
[HF]-HFB-Ven'Gyr: Explain your presence in full.
SirLagsalot: Looks like they are not capable of doing so.
[HF]-HFB-Libertine: Seems so.
[HF]-HFC-Damocles: Dale: Sadly.
[HF]-HFB-Ven'Gyr: It appears so.
[HF]-HFB-Ven'Gyr: Order vessels.
[HF]-HFB-Ven'Gyr: The Legion may tolerate your presence.
[HF]-HFC-Damocles: Dale: That is correct.
[HF]-HFB-Ven'Gyr: But.
[HF]-HFB-Ven'Gyr: The Legion does not.
[HF]-HFB-Ven'Gyr: Tolerate bringing your warships into Liberty.
[HF]-HFB-Ven'Gyr: Endangering COUNTLESS.
[HF]-HFB-Ven'Gyr: Civilian lifes.
OCV~Osiris: but not killing like the navy
SirLagsalot: I saw them shooting Newark. *Yawns*
OCV~Osiris: all wings engage the vengyr
[HF]-HFB-Ven'Gyr: Murder. Them.
[HF]-HFC-Damocles: Dale: Good bye.
[HF]-HFB-Libertine: Wrong move, son.

Legion forces present were willing to negotiate and resolve the situation peacefully as they proceeded to the Detroit debris field, away from any civilian presence in the area. Your incompetent and bloodthirsty officers on their quest for vengeance however decided to [color=#FF9900]attempt to destroy the Dreadnought Ven'Gyr and the Battleship Libertine. They were purged as a result.

Let my artificial self also mention that according to a civilian present in the area, these vessels opened fire on Newark Station minutes before the Legion's arrival. This will not be tolerated, and the Legion hereby demands an explanation for those actions, as this is not the only incident during which an unwelcome capital asset of the Order opened fire on Legion forces in recent times.

Before your biological selves however decide to elaborate on that matter and present a sensible explanation to justify those vessels' presence in Liberty space, bear in mind the following.

The Hellfire Legion will not tolerate any and all Order capital vessels in Liberty space. Their presence poses a major threat to all civilians who may or may not end up in a potential crossfire between the Order and the Liberty Navy. There is enough trigger-happy and reckless vermin wandering around the capital who have no regard at all for any innocent lives they may or may not endanger with their presence.

And there is by far more than enough worthless biological selves of the kind that does not have any regard for innocent lives at all and would, without remorse, harm them during a petty quest for vengeance as well.

As a friendly reminder due to the Legion not being interested in the relations between us and the Order deteriorating, my artificial self advises you to choose your words wisely. Don't waste our time.

Libera te ex inferis.

At first, thank you for notyfing us.

I do not have words to descrive how I am dissapointed in those following captains. They broke most if not all Order regulations for which you dealed with in very apropriate way I have to say. Your mentioned troublemakers will find themselves cleaning toilets on next Burrito night that Cretans like so much, which will be their main purpose of a life from now on if not worse. I can't think of more apropriate task due to represented level of inteligence from their side.

Our stance on Hellfire Legion has not changed and we value your assistance against aggresive Liberty Navy and other hostile entities within Liberty. I believe this incident will not change relations between Legion and Order and eventualy improve over time. You are free to destroy any renegade that opposes you, as they do not represent us. Report any other incidents that might occure in your operational area.

Overwatch out.

Good. The Legion will as such reserve the right to neutralize all those "renegades" as necessary. It does not need a mention that Legion forces will first and foremost try a diplomatic approach and if warranted escort capital assets of the Order out of Liberty space, but it is reassuring to hear that should that fail and should situations escalate, there will be no hard feelings or otherwise between the Order and the Hellfire Legion. My artificial self would in turn request that should other renegade Order elements known to the Order's High Command be operating in Liberty space, the Legion's High Command will be notified of them when possible.

[color=#FFBB00]That is all.

My artificial self hereby contacts the Overwatch as per the agreed-upon terms to report of another incident involving a capital asset of the Order.

[color=#FFBB00]To simplify matters, my artificial self has included the transcript of the report filed by the Legionnaire present during said incident.

HIGH COMMAND EYES ONLY

Anders here.
This is a quick report about the raid from today.
Earlier, while I was out prodding the LNS to get them riled up, I was very deliberately attacked by the LNS-Northwestern. However, thats not what this report is about.
Its more on The_Vendetta, a heavily armored Order 'Geb' Carrier. The LNS-Northwestern openly admitted that the Order was with him, and both were opening fire on my ship, and my ship alone.
I hope these guncams will clarify things.

The Order Geb and the LNS-Northwestern opening fire.
Some more firing.

While its not exactly definitive, Its the only evidence I can bring to the table.
Its still curious that it opened fire for unknown reasons, even acting with the LNS.

That's all I have for this report.

Anders out.

As the vessel in question appeared to act as an ally of the Navy elements present and with the other Legion forces operating elsewhere at the time, no action against "The Vendetta" had been taken.

Regardless of underlying motives, Legion High Command has classified the vessel as hostile and will, should the vessel be encountered, utilize deadly force as per our organizations' agreement unless if given reason not to.

That is all for now.

Thank you again.

Concerning this Geb commander... we won't miss him. We will help from our side to ensure he won't be a problem anymore that way or another.

Overwatch out.

Legion forces recently encountered another stray capital asset of the Order.

[color=#FFBB00]Much as the presence was unwelcome, the commanding officer's biological self proved itself cooperative. The relevant report's transcript has been included in this message.

Anders here.
I'll cut to the chase. We found a Order Osiris, callsign Battleship-Crisis,
at Manhattan, causing all sorts of Trouble.
Oddly enough though, it managed to convince us to escort
it out of New York. This may have something to do that it was rather cooperative.
And that it handed over the pilots when we asked for them. Either way, once we hit
Zone 21, it must have engaged some sort of cloaking device, and it, at least to us, flew
straight into the mine field and blew up. However I watched the jumpgate open up on our side.
So it probably fine by now. A quick note, we also ran into a LSC by the name of LNS-Menlo.Park around Manhattan.
It had the habit of shooting at the Osiris, and generally being an annoying sod.
It ran off as soon as we directed some fire at it though.

Despite the vessel's previous actions and otherwise, Legion forces escorted it out after delivering the necessary warning due to it posing a minimal threat for the time being and due to only a negligible Navy presence having been encountered.

While the vessel's fate remains unknown, with all gathered sensor readings having been inconclusive, the Legion doesn't see harsher actions being necessary against the particular vessel in the future.
