I got a MSI N560GTX Tin Frozr II
and am getting crappy colour shades.. Anyone got any solution?

Have you checked your color settings? It -could- be that your color is set to 16 instead of 32.

Eveything runs perfectly except FL, ie other games like Crysis 2, Warcrraft III, Skyrim,etc. Any other suggestions?

Ye, check settings in FL and check your shortcut. Maybe it's set up to run in 640x480x16 resolution. And in-game settings, go and check your resolution.

With -dx at the end of the address.
By the way the resolution is 1920x1080x16 how to change it to 1920x1080x32

That should be the problem, 16. Go to settings in-game and scroll resolution until it goes to 1920x1080x32.
