I have received reports and heard rumors about Rheinlanders, gathering intel and attacking Order and Liberty forces in the Omicrons and in areas that better don't get mentioned. These Rheinland Intelligence Forces are a huge threat to everyone of us. Their intentions are yet unknown, at least for us. But we are fully aware of the situation and the Rheinlanders in the Omicrons. Not only rumors, but also evidences speak for that.
Why I am here and what I want from you is simple. I have ordered the very best of our men to move out into the Omicrons. Their task will be to eliminate this threat. I am not going to ask you for any assistance... I am merely asking for a immunity while the operation is at work. It would be hard for my Agents to concentrate on the task when they have your forces on their back. The only intention of us is the destruction of these Rheinlanders. After the operations is done our forces will be sent back to our space.
I hope we can come to an agreement. I have ordered my Agents to avoid any trouble and only to act in self defense.

I ordered agents to specialy give you rumours about it. I wanted to get your attention on recent events in Omicrons which affects both of us. Rheinland inteligence forces are understatement. They are working for Nomads, either corrupted or infected were spotted even within Alaska defence perimeter.
I know that even Rheinland government is aware of situation and sent their own people here. Even if at current both of your houses are at war, I suggest to concetrate on real threat as this conflict won't stand forever anyway. Omicron Minor defences stand on high alert and will make sure none of them will make it 'too far' which you perfectly know what it means. I can give you immunity for purpouse of cleansing Omicron sector from this new occurence.
