[font=Trebuchet Ms]Today CCCP has encountered an unknown ship, posing as GRN, giving out illegal permissions to Smugglers in Gallic Space. The ship's name is Esprit_Immonde, the captain of this ship was docked at Dijon Station under GRN ID. He was working in team with a smuggler, Lotus.Blossom, who was trying to use fake papers to engage in illegal smuggling operation in Gallic Space.

We have searched the GRP Database and Royal Decrees DB and found no records of the official papers. As a result of this, the ship was ordered to drop the cargo and destroyed. We ask GRP and GRN forces to be on a lookout for this unauthorized GRN vessel and ,possibly, placing this captain under arrest.
