I'm thinking about upgrading my freelancer BWT to a Titanic and exploring options ... IC seems to have the widest support other than the basic criminal factions. Are there any rephacks to enforce this? For example I see outcasts are hostile in the NPC faction list but is that just fiction or is it enforced with rephacks. What about Corsairs?

A good runner up would be the IMG ID, then followed by the IC ID. Roughly.

IND does have a couple of rephack on it, but yea, what Dusty said.

Yup. Pretty much all pirate factions but the GC and Hessians.
