Sehr geehrte Herr Major,
Given the recent rise in fleet movements towards the omegas, most notably the amount of battleships occupying the nearby area, I'm contacting you with a request. One that could turn out to be in your favor as much as ours. But you'll have to listen carefully. As you are aware of the Omegas are chaos combined with order. In the recent days, weeks perhaps even months the chaos started to overrule the order around the systems. To restore what little order can be mixed in with this chaotic environment I'm planning to send a small squad of pilots from the Rheinwehr to begin rounding up battleship and cruiser captains that have potentially gone rogue.
Recently it has gotten to the point these captains disobey direct orders and endanger the lives of even their allies. My request is pretty straight forward, I provide you with a list of pilots working the assignment, and you leave them to their job for the duration. If you wish to handle the issue yourself, you're more than welcome to do so, but I look forward to hearing from you.

Guten tag, Admiral Rall.
I must say of all the things in my inbox, this is the one I least expected to receive. I take it your Oberkommando is not aware of what you're doing here. Consorting with the enemy is still considered treason in the Military I believe. As much as I should brush you off... I don't think I'll do that.
Let's call it a patriot's choice. Shame these traitors of yours didn't choose a better path -- like joining us for example. Well, until they wise up... get them out of my systems. That list of yours better not be too long.
If I see any of your pilots too close to our bases or forces, or gathering intelligence or whatever, they'll pay dearly for it. If they open fire on us unprovoked, they will pay dearly for it. Don't underestimate us.
Oh and, I'll be sure to save a place for you in the Red Hessian movement for when the Kanzler sees you as a threat to his hegemony. Or maybe he'll try to make an example of you for "fraternising with traitors". You seem like a man who likes to get things done no matter what, you'd fit right in.
