BEGINNING TRANSMISSION:

Evyn: I know...My sister Feya and I are not the most popular people in the service of the Crown, God bless the Queen...And I know that there are many things that I have done in which were not in favor of Her Majesty...So consider this a request from one Bretonian only wishing to serve and protect her home....

Evyn: I've noticed as of late there have been harder and harder fights ever since my dismissal from the Primary Fleet, and that some fights have seen loss after loss and fewer victories at times...You need every possible pilot available to assist...I hereby wish and request that my sister Feya and I be allowed permission to rejoin her majesties primary forces...Of course there are a few roadblocks in which need to be addressed:

Evyn: With all due respect...My sister and I are not threat to the Crown...And in her service we have helped to lead and assist in several campaigns against Kusari, thus assisting in the current position against Kusari...However I believe a compromise can be established in such that would allow Bretonia to continue in itself setting an example to all other houses in such...Admiral Fraser even said it himself a while back in support:

Divisiveness at this time puts Bretonia at risk, it places Her Majesty at Risk, and as Earl Marshal, I cannot allow that. Which is why the House of Lords will be blocking any Act of Parliament intent on Exiling Bretonian Citizens at this time. This act, simply, will not be allowed to be enshrined into Law, not at this time of strife.

Evyn: I'm not asking for a miracle...I am asking for stable ground...So while spending the past few sleepless nights in thought, I have thought of a possible agreement in which may work to allow us back to serve:

1. Repayment for the acts of embarrassment of the Crown in which have occurred under the actions of Former Captain Evyn and Lt.Commander Feya in the total of 500 Million SC to be paid. In return Article 9 of the War Act is to be dropped.

2. Reinstatment under the Rank of Ensign for both pilots, however returning to service with full honors that were bestowed as such.. The following honor(s) that were bestowed are as follows: "MBE"

3. The vessels HMS-Nottingham and HMS-Sherwood.Forest are to be dry docked or instated to Higher personnel of the BAF until such a time the Rank of Captain is instated for either one or both involved parties.

4. Captain Evyn and Lt.Commander Feya are to designated to the rank of Ensign with no availablility or chance of promotion for at least 1 full month (31 Sirian Days)

**Secondary Option?**

1. Possibility of Command Reinstatement of the 242nd Light Horses as a Training and Combat Division within New London for pilots up to the rank of Lt.Commander (This is to fall into availability after the 1 month parole of Captain Evyn and Lt.Commander Feya under the ranks of Ensign)

*These options are open to changes within the involved parties and the Admiralty Board

Evyn: I know that what I'm asking may sound alot after all I've done, and the headaches within Command that I have caused along with my sister...We hope that our current time within [Convoy] may be enough to help with such..It may not be much, but its better than simply leaving Bretonia and Her Majesty to a worser fate should things turn to a darker time.
