i should have around 200 mill once transfered plz delete them named and accouts so i can restart them plz

Well, judging by this other thread of yours, these two ships that you want money taken off of were lost when your computer crashed, right? In that case, unless you previously set a code on those ships for /drawcash, there's nothing you can do. That money is gone, along with those ships.
You'll just have to start over. And remember to properly back up your accounts next time.

Wrong.
If you lost your accounts you can PM admin with your Character names so if they have time and if it is possible they will set movecharcodes for you.
