New Server: Freelancer Discovery AR - XVII - 01-03-2012
Hello all freelancer discoveryplayers!
Me and some of my friends want to start a new freelancer server, and we think it is a thing that we announce here so, that the most of the players will see it.
The Idea behind the server is relaxe role play for everyone.
Because i have read some time ago some thing about a "Alternate Reality" Server that have create some issues, here my short first question: can we choose this name for our puopose?

I thought that the "old" AR server try to change the discovery background completely, but we only want to allow our players to create thier own special RP... (so if the playerfaction wants war they get it... etc)
We only want to know if anyone dont want the discription "Alternate Reality" in a serverdiscription;)nothing more. (so we can change our suggestet Servername to something more... fitting...) (sorry my bad english, isnt my first language)

Hello again!
At the time we test the Server for our needings, and try to bring the newest update to run (releas 3) before the update, we have no problems with crateing (change with the dsacersv.cfg) our own Rules or IDs ( with override of the old Rules or IDs of Discovery)
but now No of our changes works. it seem, that the IDs werent updated. do you have any idea were the problem is or do you have heard about this problem before?

from march the 1st, the server goes into the production mode, and is then in the global list too. In the next days they try to bring on a discription of the server too.

Looks neat, but I can't speak German unfortunatly.
Also, I enjoy the idea that players can affect the landscape of the server.

The main-language on the server (and the only in-game-language) is english, but you can use german in the privat chat oth in the german players section.
