Where do we go from here? -Feedback - schlurbi - 01-03-2012 Recently I started my new proper Story. I wanted to get a mixed Style with less Text and more Visuals. I don't really like reading a Wall of Text, nor do I like writing that much. Please tell me what you People think of it and what I could improve. Where do we go from here? -Feedback - MÃmir - 02-03-2012 I think it's hella cool! A lot of sweet looking visuals. Only complaint I might have - and this is 100% subjective - is that the added "stats" of the characters suck you out of the layer of added immersion the visuals give you, and reduce it to a more game-like format. Their stats can be picked up just from looking at the images - a guy with a huge 'fro and cool-ass glasses like that must have a high charisma, monkey must be fast, and so on. I wish I could do visuals like that, because it really adds a lot to the atmosphere, instead of the wall of text which seems my only option. It's so unsexy that I sometimes can't really be arsed writing it out, even though I got it all laid out inside my head. |
