Sooo, as a completely off the RP record thing, I'd love to arrange for some mining operations between my bowex and the hessians in omega 11. I can offer 3k credits per unit for uncut diamonds. =D
I've also been considering a romance between one of the cousins aboard my ship and a hessian, as something that seems like fun. Soo, there's that, consider it a general advertisement

I've bought Uncut Diamonds from the RHA a few times.
Problem is that Hessian mining is rare since they can't sell their own diamonds and it's hard to rely on someone else to do it for you.

Not exactly, we`re just too lazy to mine ourselves. We prefer copper ore mined by Krugers.
@Unseelie: Hessians and Bowex ain´t really on friendly terms, and 3k is way too little. Better bring a Junker, but don`t expect discount prices.

The main problem is that there isn't much of a market for Hessian uncut diamonds, as most players can buy them cheaper from Daumann sources, due to Hessians getting lower yields, and thus producing less volume.
Maybe you should make a Hessian mining character, and RP with yourself? If not, then RHA and Rot Front are the people to talk to.

Well. 3k per gem is the standard rate for gold, which sells for 10k in munich, while uncut diamonds sell for 10k in NY, so frankly, it should be quite enough. Every regular miner is quite fine with that rate.
As far as friendly terms...I've not had an unfriendly interaction with a single Rheinland unlawful yet. I've gone so far as to actually get escorted by Hessians, so......

Yeah player bases are the critical aspect.
Persistant storage will mean that players wont have to be online at exactly the same time to transfer ore. I am pretty sure its a royal pain sitting there with a pile of ore, and no Junkers around to move it!
