Firstly, clarify your statement. I don't understand broken english.
Secondly, from what I can see, I can tell you that Zoner Guard ID is gone, it is now Zoner ID.
Thirdly, that means you can buy the "big ships" using a regular Zoner ID.
And finally, I am unsure if Guard Reps still exists but I know the ID does not. If you want Zoner Guard rep, go do missions for the Zoners or get a triple bribe.

The Zoner Guard ID is no more. However, I am still showing that the Zoner Guard IFF still exists. It is my understanding from Cannon directly that the same rules apply...and to continue on as we have, the only difference is that the Guard ID no longer exist. The IFF or reputation is still alive and well, just not represented by the same ID. (wonders how many different ways to say this).

The best place would be Corfu, in my opinion. However I've also grabbed it at Gran C. When I was to far out to hit a Freeport. Corfu was where I always got my bribes. I'm sure the others may have various locations as well.

ANY Zoner base.
Anything that lists as a "Freeport" (Except Freeport 4 which is IMG) can get you a Zoner ID.
Bethlehem station in Pennsylvania can get you a Zoner ID as well.
