Besides that, it looks like you experience a texture bug there.
Had the same happening with an Arrastra short time ago.

The server is damn buggy at the moment. Most of the commands does not work as well. So I would just wait to get fixed. And Falcata is OC tech now, Cutlass is the BWT Bombah.
