New standing orders and guidelines. A convoy means 3 or more transports vessels using the same route at the same time, together. Having an escort for a convoy is MANDATORY. The current minimum escort force is 1 Nyx VHF.

Convoys are NOT ALLOWED TO FLY if the current convoy escort force requirement isn't fulfilled.
