As far as I know the only ship errors were about ships docked in Minor, so unless he got his ship stolen or he deleted it himself (which is extremely hard to do considering there's a confirm popup) I really, really don't see what he's trying to explain.
Plus considering his join date on the forums I guess we can discard the 6 months theory.

That his char wasn't loged for 6 months and got deleted in server inactivity wipe :)
Anyhow, folks are missing some other chars except the ones that went missing in Minor so I guess this is another example of those.
