Our organization would like to have dealings with you. Let us begin.
We are interested in making some changes in Liberty. We will do this through the application of credits and brute force. We would like to supply the Reavers with false papers and identification so that they may enlist as undercover operatives in the LPI. After you have done so, we will offer you copious amounts of credits to destroy certain important lawful individuals whom it would not be advantageous for the Reavers to kill without said disguise.
