I would like to congratulate Kishiro in the name of the Independent Miners Guild to the political change that the continuous struggle has achieved. It is no secret that the IMG sometimes had some trouble with the Samura-backed regime.

But I am not only calling you to congratulate and wish you well for the future of Kishiro and the whole of Kusari, but the Guild has a business offer to discuss.

An IMG transport captain reported that she had seen a Kishiro| miner in Sigma 19 near the Gas Miners and that this miner had offered and sold her Helium-3. This report promted an investigation that confirmed that not only the GMG does extract Helium-3 but also Kishiro.

Based on the new knowledge and some reports about the vast resources discovered and utilized by Kishiro and reaffirmed by the positive transaction today, the IMG would like to enter talks with Kishiro about a cooperation in the field of Helium-3.

Your company as extractor of the gas and the IMG refinery South Shields would make a perfect combination that provides and transports the gas

Dear Miss Kato,

It is a real pleasure to hear from Kishiro so soon and to have a you in charge of making that cooperation succeed. The IMG will do its best to work towards such a mutually beneficial conclusion of a contract.

Firstly, I have organised an office and an appartment on South Shield Refinery to be prepared for a Kishiro representative in case your company wants to be able to communicate with the station manager directly. Judging from experience, these direct contacts can help in solving all the small challenges that arise in reality and that we cannot predict.

Secondly, the IMG is interested in fixed buy-in prices at the Gas Miners in the Sigmas. Our transports were charged 5000 credits / unit on the initial meeting. I can give you the exact stock market price for South Shields Refinery, which is 11.750 / unit. That is 42,55 % that goes to the mining company, while 57,45 % go to the hauling company.

The rate at which the gas was extracted seems to be high. A value that the transport captains gathered was: 5 minutes for about 5000 units. That is rather fast, comparing it with some ore operations.

On the contrary, the hauling route is rather on the long end (about 15 minutes), crosses two borders and especially the Tau 31 and Newcastle stretch is extremely dangerous. The same applies to the Simga 19 and 13 that are teeming with IMG's enemies. It could also be interpreted as an act of smuggling by Gallia. Consequently, there is a high risk for IMG assets in these operations.

Thus, we would ask for a lowered price to compensate for cargo loss and heightened security standards on these convoys.

The IMG normally flies to pick up Helium-3 after dropping off ore in Rheinland. That means that there is an abundance of goods that we can take to Kishiro bases in the Sigma region before proceeding to the Gas Miners.

Market analysts informed me, that Ishahara Refinery in Okinawa has a hight demand for Basic Consumer Goods, or Yukawa Shipyard seems to have a demand for Basic Alloys. I am sure you can name some goods that the IMG could bring in certain intervals to your bases while returning from Rheinland.

I'll leave it at that for the moment and I am waiting for your approach to the questions I touched and the information I have provided. I am sure we can find a good solution, Miss Kato.
