• Samura may not deviate from their plotted courses to or from Ronin bases, on pain of arrest and/or fiscal fines.
  
• Samura is to submit a list of the cargoes it wishes to supply the Ronin with to the BAF, BPA and HM Treasury, the contents of which must be approved by each.
  

I suggest you limit your time spent within our borders to the raw possible minimum. Many still consider you enemy combatants due to your kieretsu's role in the Tau War, and I fear that public opinion is unlikely to change until it is amended via the proper channels.

Samura's role in the war was all rather transparent, I'm afraid. You won't find a sympathetic audience in Bretonia using those lines. In any case, here is the treaty in question. Jien Kogen negotiated on behalf of the Ronin, and subsequently Samura. I presume he consulted Samura's previous Daihyo privately. If he did not, while that's all rather sad and etcetera, I suggest you take the terms up with him.
