[font=Century Gothic]BASIC INFORMATION

[font=Century Gothic]The Kempeitai is the Kusari secret service agency composed of special operatives and various theatre of operations commanders. It has direct connections with the Kusari Emperor and his military counterparts. Therefore cooperation is key to achieve maximum efficiency within the agency. Their top priority is to promote and protect Kusari's interests within and outside its borders. These interests include but are not limited to aiding the war effort against the Kusari enemies, eliminating criminal elements within the borders of Kusari space, promoting welfare and prosperity of the Kusari house and monitoring the lawful authorities of Kusari.

The Kempeitai agency consists of several different departments, where each department is composed of sub-wings that execute day-to-day tasks as well as long-term operations on the field. A special wing within one of the Kempeitai departments was dubbed the Dragon's Tooth. Its founder, Section Chief Keiji Shibazaki wanted to construct a small but extremely efficient and deadly team of pilots, who could carry out high-risk missions with great success. They would recruit the best of what Kusari had to offer and then band them together with a charismatic and able leader. This leader would not only act as the field-commander in all missions, but also monitor the mental and physical health of all pilots who served under the Dragon's Tooth Delta Squadron.

Ironically, the first leader who eventually ended up being positioned within the Dragon's Tooth Delta Squadron was a person who had a mixed Libertonian and Kusarian heritage. His name was, Alexander Yamakazi. Ranked Kaigun Daisa (Captain) within the formal ranks of the Kusari Naval Forces, he was transferred to a special forces wing composed only of extremely talented individuals, all experts in their own fields. This team have different sets of technical and combat proficiencies that are necessary to be able to tackle any type of mission presented to them. Formerly Captain Yamakazi, then Commander Yamakazi was leading these men and ensure that they overcome any challenge set against them. Commander Yamakazi succeeded in many tasks which Delta Squadron had to bear or it's shoulders working furiously to defend the interests of Kusari. He was following the will of the former Kusari Emperor, Jien Kogen, and that brought him to the difficult decision between the honor and duty. The Honor has won and thus the Commander Yamakazi himself and his trustful agents have defected the Delta Squadron and joined the Blood Dragons in their fight against the Emperor. However he was killed in New Tokyo during the fight with Naval Forces patrol. No much information is known about the rest former operatives except the fact that they'v formed a special squadron, or better to say, an order, known as "47 Ronins". Their goal is to assassinate the former Kusari Emperor - Jien Kogen in order to revenge their leader.

Anyway after some time have passed the demand of such a squadron has become clear to the Kempeitai high command and the Section Chief Keiji Shibazaki have ordered to rebuild the Delta squadron. The new leader was chosen with great caution to candidates to ensure their loyalty to the cause in the new unstable Kusari house. Omen Deng has been assigned as a new leader after many tests and investigations into his past. Deng have served for years in Kempeitai and was known as very professional and mentally stable agent. Now he have to rebuild what was in ruins for years with having a great deal of support. Several battlecruisers and destroyers were assigned to Delta squadron after the end of Bretonia operations to ensure it's efficiency. However it will take some time for Omen Deng, the new Delta Squadron commander, to clear out the secrets which are going behind the scene of the new Kusari government and to find his own way to serve the Kusari's people.

[font=Century Gothic]FIELDS OF OPERATIONS

[font=Century Gothic]The Kempeitai operatives performs many kinds of activities in order to protect Kusari from outer and inner threats. That including but not limited with:

Assisting Naval Forces in war efforts
Assisting State Police in keeping the word of law in core Kusari space
Hunting down the most wanted criminals
Espionage and counter intelligence operations

[font=Century Gothic]POLITICAL STANCE

[font=Century Gothic]The Kempeitai didn't voiced it's position towards the recent events in Kusari political environment. However while the separate opinions of operatives can vary the overall position can by described in few short sentences:

The Kempeitai recognize the legitimacy of the new Kusari Government.
The Kempeitai do not recognize the Jien Kogen as exiled person non-grata.

This mean that while recognizing the legitimacy of the new democratic government The Kempeitai is not supporting the events which have led to such situation. Any warrior must be given a chance to defend his opinion and his actions in front of his people. Jien Kogen's government was overthrown behind his back while he was in Leeds and he was declared an exile along with all warriors who were stuck in Leeds. This is not acceptable for the Kempeitai by the meanings of Samurai Honor and by the Spirit of Justice. The Kempeitai secretly developing an operations to capture and to bring the Jien Kogen back to Kusari so he can appear in public court to answer the charges against him. Before it happen, the Jien Kogen and the Ronins are falling into the "Kusari Citizens outside Kusari Borders" category and will be aided to survive against the Gallic invaders.

[font=Century Gothic]The Kempeitai is utilizing the various ships and equipment for it's needs while performing all kinds of Operations.

The ships and equipment are falling into few categories depending on the type of operations.

1. Operations inside and outside Kusari space by assault wings.

Those operations are not demanding any cover to be used. Thus operatives are free to use the while variation of Kusari Military and Kusari Civilian lines and not limited in it.

[font=Century Gothic]We are not closing our doors to those who want to take part in the Kempeitai. However you must meet with our minimum requirements. That includes but not limited with:

1. Being able to talk on English, this is minimal requirement for playing on this server i believe.
2. Being able to RP on at least minimal level, we are not promoting a deep diving into RP with words, The Kempeitai is more of an RP with Guns. However no one limits you to have your own RP line and character inside the Kempeitai.
3. Having at least an average skills with fighter craft, you will have to make and fly one and you must be able to use it.
4. You must accept the all-mighty FIVE TENETS OF THE KEMPEITAI, you must abide them at any time.

It`s about time that Kusari get a strong KPT :ylove: back in action. Much appricated. Good write-up. Especially the Political stance section is nice. I also like the idae of using only Civilian ships/equipment when operating outside of Kusari. Makes a lot of sense. All in all thumbs up.
