Nobody can control the internet ! A good example:
there was this movie site, once day i log on and see a beautiful CIA logo, or some other USA Federal logo, and a text: This site has been shut down due to rule violation.
A week has past, I kept searching for the site and it emerged as a new one, with a different name in a different country, where USA regulations can't touch it.

If this keeps going, things are going to get really nasty. If they can do whatever they want, not only are other countries going to get pissed at the US, but the civilians are going to rise up. The internet is the last truly, free area in the entire world, where you can say whatever you want to without fear of repercussion from the Government...
...if they shut that down...well...I foresee bad times ahead.

Not just US, Grooveshark was taken down in Germany. Reason is obviously GEMA.
