Bonjour Underloch. I am Marechal Adelaide Roux, Directeur of the Office of Naval Intelligence and one of the mebers of the Royal Navy's High Command structure. I come to you today to inform you of a problem.
The battleship Napoleon was withdrawing from Leeds space, using the same path the Eglantine used when Madame Hart was with Monsieur Alesky that one day, when he happened upon one of our finest pilots, Colonel Aubert Giroux, fighting off a band of Hogosha named the Avengers near Islay. Then, something astounding happened. They forced thier way into Islay to hide from us. Now, I do not come with words alone. I have guncams from Commandant Garnier onboard Napoleon a Colonel Giroux.
Now, this is what we find unavceptable. These people, unfortunately, are endangering our Non-Agression pact. Thier actions could bring your so-called 'Freeport Islay' in the crossfire, which I do not wish to see.
Think carefully regarding your next move. Currently Gran Marechal DeFrance has not gotten wind of this. I recomend swift action before she does. I do not wish our relations to go to hell, oui?

I'm Madame Hart or Sequoia Heather Hart herself and I suppose that during the absense of anyone else capable of representing Gaian Underloch on the matter and as someone with a considerable experience in ensuring a certain degree of stability around Freeport Islay, I'll do my best to resolve the issue.
Speaking of our necessary, yet still fragile agreement, you perfectly understand that status of the new transit point in the occupied Bretonia space has significantly altered our overprotective attitude towards Freeport Islay. Unfortunately, we can't both create the circumstances for Gallic citizens to benefit from trade with Sirius and maintain an exceptional security.
Yet I had personally witnessed the actions of so-called Avengers that day and it's indeed an issue beyond the comprehensive diplomatic protocol. I do hope that such issues won't take place again and if they would, I believe that we both should not hesistate before enforcing simple independence from Kusari and Bretonian politics.
