Greetings,

In lights of recent events, a new set of rules concerning Freeport 9 and Corfu Base is in effect as of right now.

[font=agency fb][color=#FFFF66]1) Any ship that is under attack is forbidden to seek shelter at Freeport 9 or Corfu Base, with the following exceptions:
a) If the attackers are aliens;
b) If the ship under attack is a transport delivering supplies to zoner bases;
c) If the ship under attack is flown by Zoners (Zoner ID);
d) If the ship is under attack as a consequence for aiding a Zoner, directly after the incident. (10 minutes)

2) You may not use Freeport 9 or Corfu Base as staging base or supply base for operations not agreed by Freeport 9 administration.

Individuals that decide to break these rules will find themselves on the my "Black List" and this list acts as a bounty board; And of course, they may lose docking rights. Also, if you witness such an event occurring, don't hesitate to send me the guncams or videos (with timestamps) to be accounted as evidence.

There has been some concerns about the wording of the rules so I will explain them here.

Rule 1, point d) has been modified to show an exact time frame.

Rule 2 refers to specific military or scientific missions that could harm other parties. For example: If faction A wants to attack faction B but their bases are too far and they decide to use Freeport 9 or Corfu to dock their ships there or store supplies for the front line there, they will not be allowed to do that.
Same goes with scientific missions. If someone wants to scan X star in a system belonging to faction A while using Freeport 9 or Corfu as base of operations, they will not be allowed UNLESS the representative of faction A tells me everything is in order.

I hope that puts some light in your concerns.
