Now, I was playing last night and i saw i ship i'd never seen before a "surveyor"
just wondering if there are many other new-ish ships like this or am i just dumb and never seen this ship before?

It replaces the Dacite, as far as I know.
There are quite a lot of new ships, including the Renzu Liner, the Bison, the IMG line, etc...
