Greetings Gentlemen,
I've just received your transmission concerning Omicron Theta and Omega 41. That is regrettable considering the news I was hearing of things calming down there. Hopefully it can be resolved as soon as possible.
The reason I'm contacting you is to ask for permission to transit those systems freely. Those systems are vital highways for the OSI trade fleet. Not only for our outstanding contracts with the Corsair Empire, but our own logistics and supply network as well. Interruption of which will affect our daily operation.
Of course we will abide by the announcement and avoid Freeport 9, Corfu and Freeport 5. While Freeport 5 being included troubles me, as they have no biodomes and are in need of regular supplies of anti radiation medicines, we will respect the announcement. We do not want trouble with The Empire.

Greetings, senor Caudill.
We have not forgotten the support your organization has shown for the Corsair Empire over the years and because of that all transport ships carrying OSI transponders are free to move unrestricted within the borders of the Corsair Empire. Fighter and bomber class ships are also free to enter our space if they are escorting your transports. In fact, as a sign of good faith we will even allow your gunboat class ships to transit our space, but only when escorting your convoys.
We are pleased by the fact you chose to respect our embargo regarding Freeports 5 and 9 and Corfu Base. We hope you understand it is not our wish to harm any civilians and we warned the administrator of 9 and Corfu to evacuate those bases a while ago. Whether he did it or not it's not really our problem, you know?
However, over the years Freeport 5 citizens have shown respect for us and our laws and we do not plan on them dying on that cold piece of rock. Supplies in the form of food, water, oxygen and pharmaceuticals will be delivered to the station at our own expense so if you are interested in taking the job let us know. For security reasons the deliveries will be made only when one of the Elders or their deputies are present.

Thank you for the prompt reply. And that is good news about Freeport 5. We would most certainly be willing to provide some of our own supplies as well. I will begin prepping an initial package for them and be in contact once it is ready.
