There was a small crowd in the press-conference room. Most of the people were reporters, eager to get a scoop. Apart from them, the room was filled by Bounty Hunters interested civilians.
Seated in the middle of the plain, blue table was a spokeswoman for the Guild. With a nod from the Guildmaster beside her, she stood and read out her notes.
"We are here today to announce the introduction of Bounty Hunter Registration Database. I am bringing you this announcement on behalf of the Guild's higher echelons. This registration database has been organised after several damaging incidents to the Bounty Hunters Guild. Pirates have been posing as Bounty Hunters to gain safe-access through House territory, and rogue Bounty Hunters have attacked lawful authorities without reason.
The database aims to keep records of all Bounty Hunters, institute equipment protocols and track rogue pilots. This database can be accessed by any ship computer and certain handheld computing devices. To all my fellow Bounty Hunters out there: Get registered!"
