Zoner Destroyer Hardpoints - NonSequitor - 02-06-2012

Since this mod is still in Beta, would it be possible to move the class 7 hardpoints on the Zoner dessie to hardpoints 2 and 3?

The current positions of the class 7 hardpoints are awkward. There are currently 3 hardpoints on the dessie's topside, 2 of which are class 7.

There is already a thread about this.

Short answer, No, the turrets wont fit in any other spot but where they are.

My suggestion to the Dev's was to limit the turret number to a single Class 7, for either a missile or LM, and put it on HPTurret01 (HardCMP)

No reply on that.

My apologies, I didn't know about that other thread.

I'd still like to know precisely why the class 7s can't be moved.

If it's a technical matter, then I can understand that.

If it's a matter of balance, that's something I am unable to wrap my brain around. The Fearless isn't exactly a PvP powerhouse.

I'd settle for a single class 7 if it came to that - on hardpoint 1, for example

Nah, it's just the size of the turrets thats the problem - every other hardpoint can support the size of both the base of the heavy turret, and the length\width of the turret model.
