well as far as I know ... and I know very little about Gallia - the Gallic Kingdom hates all sirians since they were tricked by them when they were leaving earth. Zoners - even if they decided to not live in the houses come from them. The origin of all zoners are the houses OR the other sleeper ships. So Gallia hates us.

Zoners can't pull their neutrality crap up there with the GRN, they are from Sirius and will be killed like most others.

Last I heard it was an oversight, the plan is to rephack only a certain group of zoners but it ended up rephacking zoners as a whole.

Rephacks in regards to Gallia have not been updated since the first half of 4.85, which has caused us problems in 4.85 and now in 4.86 as well.
