This is somewhat overdue, and for that I apologize.

I've been approached multiple times by representatives of some of your companies to speak about possible ways to assist the war effort. I know my esteemed colleagues from Ile-de-France Shipping have been keen to use their abundance of security forces to directly aid in the effort. Unequipped and untrained for fighting on the front lines, they wish to instead wage economic war, a field in which I feel the security forces of our national corporations could do well in, by being given the government's consent to enter Bretonia and engage its shipping.

How you wish to aid the war effort I leave to the decisions of your respective decision makers. But in order to give you your options, I have decided on the following initiatives;

The security forces of the main divisions of the Gallic Corporations are to be given privateering licenses to find and destroy all shipping within Bretonia, including all corporations that may be found supplying bases there. All cargo confiscated from these transports will belong to the persons whom collect it, as their payment and incentive. For each transport fully destroyed, a bonus of one million credits will be awarded to the one responsible for the deed.

The only restrictions are these;
-Independent Miners Guild transports are not to be attacked if delivering goods to their own stations in Bretonian space, or taking goods out of Bretonian space.
-The Gaians.

Everything else is fair game, including any Kusarians foolish enough to try supporting the Bretonians or the traitors fighting for the deposed Emperor.

For those who do not wish to, or do not have the capability or opportunity to participate in these endeavours, the Navy is prepared to supply lists of goods we need delivered to our front lines. These lists will be tailored to match your corporations' specialty. We are always in need of more fuel, which we'd be grateful for EFL to deliver, for instance. Subsidies to be paid for these deliveries will be discussed in more detail with each respective corporation.

Only vessels bearing the transponder of our corporations' primary, core workforce will be given license to operate in warzones. Subcontracted workers and pilots will not be permitted to partake of these initiatives without special approval.

I hope to hear from each of you as to which path or paths you would like to take, and what you may need from the government in order to do so.

Ze Arch mandates all our activity. It tells us where to go for ze ore. It tells us where and when to rid ourselves of enemy non believers. To the extent that we follow the will of Ze Arch, is the extent that we experience its grand benevolence in the form of tasty croissants and aged cheese.

With this in mind, let me assure you that we are not enemies or dissidents to your authority. Currently, our devotion to Ze Arch in no way conflicts with the laws of the Crown. Be it known however, that we always, and ever shall, follow the will of Ze Arch. That being said, Ze Arch wills us to deliver the ore to it in a timely manner. This we will continue to do with fervered zeal.

As far as your privateering licenses are concerned, you may keep them. We have no need of your money. If we encounter any enemies to the crown we will continue to do what we always do, that is, run and hide and then hurl insults at them while they fly away. In fact, if it pleases Your Highness, we will gather together to formulate fresh insults to cast at our mutual enemies. Let it never be said that we are not loyal supporters of the Crown.
