Queen Carina's Royal Fleet
Exasperated by the lack of success of the Admiralty Board's strategies, Richard Windsor, then a Vice Admiral of the Bretonian Armed Forces and a voting member of the Admiralty Board, pulled in favors among the gentry to push legislation granting him command of a handpicked fleet through the people's delegates and onto the Queen's desk, where she validated its somewhat illicit intentions. The Queen Carina's Own was formed, entirely independent of Board oversight, from among Windsor's loyalists. The QCO soon absorbed the privateer wing commanded by Andrew Stuart, and continued to successfully run strikes deep into Kusari space beyond the Tau patrols. After an extended struggle, the Board reasserted its control over the fleet, adding in another flottilla, the Queen Carina's Regulars, and instigating a triumvirate command structure consisting of the three commodores, with Windsor as liaison to the Board.
Although the Queen Carina's Own was originally drafted almost entirely from the gentry, and the Regulars were pulled from the official fleet and as such reflected the general socioeconomic distribution of Bretonia, there are no longer such distinctions of social class present, though there remains a friendly competition between the QCO 'bluebloods' and the Regulars.

Currently, the Board is pursuing negotiations with the Molly rebellion, with hopes to establish a Dublin protectorate, policed and legislated by Dubliners, and defended by a Molly/BAF joint force. Mollies are to be treated as lawful denizens of the queen's domain, given they behave accordingly. If requested, the BAF will support the mollies.

Due to the nature of the QCRF as a small response force, There may only be 2 Dunkirks 4 dessies, and 8 gunboats in service at any one time, divided between the flotillas as follows: QCR and QCO will command one Dunkirk, 2 Destroyers, and 4 Gunboats apeice, while the QCP will never be granted funding for a GB, though there are rumors of the QCP commanding an out of date gunboat.

Dunkirks:
[QCO]Pendragon
Destroyers:
[QCO]Matchless
[QCO]Exeter
Gunboats:
[QCO]Defiance
[QCR]Avro_Arrow
[QCR]Assurance
[QCP]Revenge

The QCRF has very tight RP restrictions. Bretonian ships and gear only. Codenames and Nomad guns (thanks to research initiatives in Newcastle) are allowed in limited quantities....Also, due to the war, some of our less reputable operations are indirectly supplied by the Outcasts.
Anything larger than a Challenger requires clearance from command, and the rank of lieutenant.
Recruitment is always open, especially to new players. We are trying to encourage roleplaying in new players, so want new people to sign up.
We own Salisbury...but...don't really regulate it. Plans for development are interesting.

Thats my faction status post, have at it.

Could you point out how limited these weapons are? only two per fighter?
I honestly can't find anything else.

I would rather they not exist.
But, yes. Two codies or two nommies, or one of each...I thought about upping it, and allowing unlimited numbers of the Bretonian codies...but I don't think there are any...

I am not a big fan of the Bertonian Navy "pirating" traders that run between Kusari and Bertonia. I would suggest having 2 seperate groups but that has not worked before. I just don't like "official" government people pirating. Can it lead to some good RP? most defiantly, but...i don't know...maybe if I have something more constructive to post here I'll post again, for now, please note this and let me think.

It looks great to me. I think Bretonnian codenames don't exist, the Storm wreck in Dublin drops Adv. Splitters if i remember correctly.

By the way, for clarification, what does this statement actually mean?
Also, what are the rules for Outcasts in your space?

QCP have been known to carry an inferno...thats about as far as it goes...maybe they'll buy a cheetah thruster at some point, but it hasn't happened yet.
Outcasts..outcasts...
Generaly, same as my molly rules: If they behave, we ignore them. If they act like a threat to the peace, we attack.
Dunno how official the QCP are...the Queen likes the idea, but doesn't give them caps (they filched the revenge from a junkyard...) Stuart did get arrested, as well...thing is, Windsor likes them, and they help out and act like normal QCO or QCR in bret space

Well, as they are not taxing but demand the cargo of those who most likely support kusari, it does make very much sense in my eyes. Its more the contrary. In the state of war, factions SHOOT the enemies supplies and dont just demand them to sell 'em for a few bucks anywhere. The QCP is a logic and toward the players still fair thing.
Edit: It my be appropriate to rename them though.
