Salut Madame, Monsieur,
I'll start with introducing myself. Je suis Cecillia Chatel, currently I'm responsable for the wellbeing of our youngest acquisition, Indochine Outpost.

As you may already know, Indochine is the former Gate Construction site previously owned by BMM. When our glorious Navy captured the station, they managed to leave pretty much the entire station intact. After some initial repairs, IDF Shipping is now using it as a forward supply outpost for the frontlines in Tau-31.

From one of our employees, I understood that business in Orkney has been declining since the clearing of Lewis. This immediately sparked my interest, because I might have a good proposal for you.

Indochine is strategicly placed under the protection of the RNS Guillestre, but very close to the mining sites of IMG and GMS who are mining Niobium and Berylium respectively. This makes it perfectly suitable as an exchange hub between miners and haulers. A lot of Indochine's storage tanks are still badly damaged, so unfortunately we can not function as such a hub yet. This is where you can come in.

We would like to make minor modifications to Indochine Outpost so your ship, (if I may call it that) can moor safely. This would essentially mean you will extend Indochine's storage tanks until we can operate at full capacity.

You may wonder, what is in it for you? Ofcourse, the profit margins would be yours to keep, save for a small fee of 5% of your margin. In addition to that, we can supply your barge with top quality fuel and maintenance resources. All that against a very competing price ofcourse.

I can understand that I might be overwhelming you with this proposal, but please take your time to consider our offer.

Awaiting your response,
Cecillia Chatel, Indochine Outpost station manager, Île-de-France Shipping
