Would it be possible to allow the rear only turrets to fire forwards too? Might add some usefulness to these ships.

B-but if it could fire forward we would end up shooting the ship's rudder like Connery did in The Last Crusade...
Maybe if there was actually a spot on the model where it would go and look good then yes, but... I dunno where it would be, you would have to remove the fin on the tail and maybe the antenna for it to make sense firing forward from back there (I love the model as is).

I checked both ships, the two turrets can turn 360 degrees without anything getting in their way. Silly me, looking at the wrong set of turrets, hehe. I'll take another look but no fighter really uses backwards only firing turrets.

I like the collector alot, it is my main ship...I say it is worth trying out, but frankly it is not for everyone.
I would love to see some higher powered barragers, I mean... now that the powercore nerf monster exists we don't have to worry about tech theft as much:P
Actually I would like some junker plasma guns or something, but that is wishful thinking on my end.
EDIT:
Worth noting that in full turn you can actually fire the back turret forwards... as it covers like the back 3/4 of the ship, so turning while firing can actually set it off

There's really only one load out to make a Recycler useful, 5 debs and SNAC or two mini-razors. If the two turrets that only fire backwards were allowed to fire forwards as well, you could have a different load out and still make the ship useful.
