At the start of my shift I came across a vessel named [color=#FFFFFF]”Blessed.Divine”. This vessel was hauling Silver Ore. Being tagged as Freelancer and flying from Planet Leeds towards Stokes. This gave me enough reason to give chase. After having made clear to the vessel several times that it was ordered to stop, it showed no sign of stopping and kept going on his way. And for some strange reason the last lane of the lanes it exited were broken each time I caught onto his tail. But that’s just a side note. I finally caught onto the vessel when we reached planet Harris. And went into discussion if I liked it or not with this captain. He ID’ed himself as captain [color=#FFFFFF]Jack Rogers. We did our chat and eventually we parted ways as I had given him a warning to not just ignore Naval orders and that he should pay more attention to who is actually ordering him to stop. Since he thought I was a pirate. I’m aware of the new ‘Ore’ ruling within Leeds. But this captain made me scratch my head, hence the warning and no further actions as he said he had a contract. I trusted him in good faith. But now that I’ve done some back-reading of the laws and license it has come to my attention that even if you have a License to ship goods through the Tau’s from Leeds. Vessels under a Freelancer banner are still not allowed to ship ore, even if they have a Tau license. I have this funny feeling I've been lied to by this captain and his license. And I've probably made some errors in the encounter. But forgive me, it was all going a bit fast, as this captain was so energetic. What I would like to clear up with this communiqué:
My regards, Pilot of the "Sepulcher" [color=#99FF99]◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ Evidence:
"Sepulcher": Blessed Devine... ◊ Blessed.Divine: Aye? "Sepulcher": Care to hold it for a bit? Blessed.Divine: Yeah "Sepulcher": when I say hold it... it means you stop Blessed.Divine: I did? "Sepulcher": Keep ruining and you're in trouble... Blessed.Divine: Running? Blessed.Divine: I'm not? "Sepulcher": Then stop your vessel at once Blessed.Divine: Stopping vessel "Sepulcher": It really is that hard to listen is it? Blessed.Divine: I AM listening sir Blessed.Divine: *sighs* "Sepulcher": No you're not, you're being a smartass Blessed.Divine: No I'm not?! Blessed.Divine: Are you crazy? "Sepulcher": No but you're making trouble that't not needed Blessed.Divine: Trouble? Blessed.Divine: What trouble? Blessed.Divine: Who's making trouble? "Sepulcher": By not following my orderes Blessed.Divine: Orders? Blessed.Divine: When? Blessed.Divine: I never heard an order? Blessed.Divine: Who are you? "Sepulcher": Sir dropped a IQ? Blessed.Divine: A pirate? Blessed.Divine: How should I know everyperson that barks onto my coms eh? "Sepulcher": You check it's IFF. Blessed.Divine: Now please explain who you are "Sepulcher": anyway. Blessed.Divine: Because for all I know you're a damn sneaky priate! "Sepulcher": Pilot of the Bretonian armed forces Blessed.Divine: And I dont' like pirates.... "Sepulcher": and you sir are in trouble. Blessed.Divine: Ah... Do you have your identification sir? Blessed.Divine: I'd like to make sure... "Sepulcher": You already should have check as it's publicly visible. "Sepulcher": mister. Blessed.Divine: hang ong Blessed.Divine: *yells back* "hey joe, gimme the damn scan reports will ya?" Blessed.Divine: Hang on Sir... Just need to make sure you are who you say you are... Blessed.Divine: Can't be to sure these days ya know? "Sepulcher": Well you were being illigal yourself Blessed.Divine: *yells back* "JOE! The hell mate gimme the papers alre-" Blessed.Divine: Ah there we go Blessed.Divine: Hmm, seems like you check out Mister...? Blessed.Divine: What is your name by the way sir? "Sepulcher": it's not important for this matter Blessed.Divine: I'm Jack Rogers if ya don't know already... Blessed.Divine: *cringes* Well ya do know it is normaly policy for a Military pilot to identify himself to those he adresses... Blessed.Divine: *yells back* Ain't that right Joe? "Sepulcher": And it's also normal policy to -not- more ores like you have onboard through Leeds Blessed.Divine: *a voice is heard* Sure is jack.. "Sepulcher": move, even. Blessed.Divine: Ah Ore moving... This is what the whole issue is about? Blessed.Divine: You boys got a problem with Platform? "Sepulcher": That's not what I said. "Sepulcher": We have our own shippers to bring them what they need Blessed.Divine: I got a contract here from Canterburt Station in Lew London with the delivery order Blessed.Divine: I AM that shipper *sighs* "Sepulcher": however, -Freelancers- like you are not permitted to move 'ores' through Leeds Blessed.Divine: *yells back* Hey Joe bring up that contract eh? Blessed.Divine: Sir I think you've got a generalization in mind when this vessel in fact is the exception... Blessed.Divine: Here *holds up the contract with the designated signature from Adminastrator Henry of Cantabury Station* "Sepulcher": Sir, even if you're permitted to trade within the Tau's Blessed.Divine: I'm not permitted to tade through here *laughs* "Sepulcher": it doesn't exclude you or make you above the new rulings of Leeds Blessed.Divine: Just to make deliveries from New Londer to Harris here "Sepulcher": No need to complain to me "Sepulcher": Do it to High command Blessed.Divine: Authorized by YOUR military superiors... Blessed.Divine: yeah, YOUR high command Blessed.Divine: Perhaps you should get in toutch with em? "Sepulcher": yes, that was -before- this war "Sepulcher": and besides that... "Sepulcher": it's about the Tau's Blessed.Divine: No, this was just 2 days ago sir *sighs* "Sepulcher": not Leeds "Sepulcher": I see no permit for you being allowed to move ore through Leeds Blessed.Divine: Specelizing delivery to -this- exactl location... "Sepulcher": well choose another route Blessed.Divine: *holds up the contract* ITS RIGHT HERE Blessed.Divine: And go look on your Military Officials tracking logs "Sepulcher": and is specifies you -can- move ore through leeds? Blessed.Divine: *points* Duh? Blessed.Divine: That's the only thing is allows "Sepulcher": I only see you registered under the Tau trade treaty Blessed.Divine: Go check you superiors specified allocation orders Blessed.Divine: It's there "Sepulcher": Let me explain while you shut up for a moment? Blessed.Divine: Damnit, now there's a damn Gallic Royalist here! "Sepulcher": So, point one being, you got a licence, but that doesn't allow you to ignore any orders given "Sepulcher": besides that you are rude Blessed.Divine: I haven't? "Sepulcher": and not coorperating Blessed.Divine: Sir *leans back* I'm trying to survive this harsh space just like any other good citizen "Sepulcher": So here is a little warning, -captain- Blessed.Divine: *he stops talking* "Sepulcher": -Next time- on a border check, you halt your vessel straight away Blessed.Divine: *nods* Roger that sir "Sepulcher": And make that scanning of yours more efficient "Sepulcher": since it could cause your death Blessed.Divine: *leans back* Hear that Joe? Blessed.Divine: We understand sir... "Sepulcher": Because ignoring BAF orders again might get you shot without a word Blessed.Divine: damn *grins* Nice shootin "Sepulcher": and following orders is especially important at the border Blessed.Divine: *nods* "Sepulcher": Not following given orders will force me to contact high command "Sepulcher": and might get your licence revoked Blessed.Divine: Of course... And we sure don't want that... "Sepulcher": I'm sure you understand. Blessed.Divine: That I do... /si ERR No information available Blessed.Divine: Now... Mind if I made the delivery as requested here in paragraph 2 of the contract? "Sepulcher": Also you might want to get this Ship name of yours on the contract list "Sepulcher": since there is only your captain's name Blessed.Divine: *nods* Will do... "Sepulcher": And I'm done now yes. "Sepulcher": Have a pleasant day, -captain. Blessed.Divine: Aye you too Sir Blessed.Divine: *yells* Hey Joe get the damn docking claps set will ya? However just to inform you about a second attempt of a convoy trying to run the blockade with Gold ore this time and not Silver ore. This was a rather special kind of story as some Privateers and a hunter got involved. A convoy of three Shires, fully equipped and fully loaded with ore tried to pass me alone the lane of Stokes towards the T-31 gate. I managed to halt them. They denied any of the given orders to turn around. And they force docked themselves on Outpost Glasgow. When they were stationed on Glasgow a certain group arrived and opened fire on my vessel without any words given. I managed to down one of their vessels in self-defense. Later the area was secured by other BAF forces and all went quiet. What I as 'victim' and 'eyewitness' would recommend to be done is Blacklist both [Pukan...] and the Inquisition| group. As they show no interest in the Laws of Bretonia given by our Admiral and Queen. List of Vessels involved:

Quote:What I would like to clear up with this communiqué:'¢ Could you confirm that captain Jack Rogers is indeed captain of this vessel. -The identity of the Captian of the Blessed.Divine is not in the BPA databanks -Silver ore can be carried to Planet Harris with the use of a Tau License, a mistype that will be corrected in the Licensing section. Ores sold in Leeds and in Newcastle by non Bretonian vessels is suspect and currently restricted due to the danger in the area from Gallic and pirates, those ores may be added onto the Tau License so our allies, such as ships from Liberty, can ship such material. But no License, no right. All other ores that arn't sold in Leeds, Newcastle or Planet Harris are to be stopped immediately in Leeds, no reason exists for them to be there except to be illegally attempting to break the Blockade into the Taus or Gallia. -The ship Blessed.Divine does not have a Tau License, any ship would be registered on the Licensing Section of the BPA -Your actions are consistant with BPA expectations for BAF personel, your scans and logs indicate that he was breaking the blockade. Your report has been passed along to Investigations and the Blessed.Divine will likely be placed on the BPA Wanted List for Smuggling and Forging of Documents.
