Ship name OCV|Iah Order ID and IFF. I have flown everywhere, am currently in Omicron Iota as well and have not had any random encounters with NPC at all... It is bugging considering I actually want to encounter enemies. I was having problems earlier with the Order Guard rep earlier, that it was in the first spot, but didn't become IFF, and when I did /droprep it stayed at the top but the regular Order started to flash. Idk if IFF has anything to do with encounters, but I hope this is something that can be fixed.

Also npcs swarm anyway when its near full for some reason.

Maybe when we go over 200 and the NPC script doesn't have "behaviour" scripted for over 200 players?
