Liberty is hostile territory for The Order, due to various disagreements arising out of continued Liberty research into Nomad technology, as well as certain mistakes on part of the organization.But this has opened other doors. Xenos, Liberty Rogues and the Hellfire Legion are all willing to look the other way when the Order operates in Liberty. But as the only house overtly hostile to The Order, it is also the most difficult to operate in.

Rheinland bore the brunt of the first Nomad war, and suffered greatly. Hence, it is one of the most vigilant houses against the Nomad threat, which leads to a lukewarm relationship with the Order. By no means are Order agents welcome, but if they're required to operate, Rhienland will cooperate.

Bretonia holds a cautious attitude towards The Order. While there is an understanding that the terrorist organization is something that is necessary, it still leads to a strained relationship.

"Within Kusari, The Order shares a strained relationship with the Blood Dragons and other parties. Blood Dragons will be the ones most welcoming of any agent, but the general hostility of the house for outsiders remains."
