CGS|The.SikSika has been sanctioned for:

Yep we had that evidence from admin Del thanks...
He shoot a LR gunboat who came to shoot us, ... he doesn't make a demand, his mistake and we accept...
We apologize and we will "demand"like "20 mil or die" for every LR just a reason to shoot them like they shoot us without a demand, even we had FR 5 and we are on Rougue "shooting list"
Ok if we accept a sanction but just for notice in a future, i need explanation for this and similar cases ... so pirate MUST demand something from a person that gives him a FR 5 and putt him on Board for shooting... i know ID says other but in RP its ridiculous....

I'm the guy who flew on the CGS|The.Siksika
So we are FR5 that means we are hostile to them they are hostile to us wich automaticaly makes Rouge NPC red to us and we practicaly shot each other when Rougs meat any CGS| they dont ask anything from us they just shot us and that is acceptable for us since we are enemies but when we do the same we ghet sanctioned.
Also pirate ID says * You are a Pirate! who:
* - Can demand cargo and credits from lawful and unlawful ships, and attack them if they do not comply.
* - Cannot use any transports with more than 3,600 cargo.
There is no saying that we must ask it says we *may* ask. But aniway if it's cargo ship we always sending demand before we do anything else.
And about this rule: 6.6 Aggressors are not allowed to destroy a trade vessel prior to issuing a demand and allowing sufficient time to respond. Demands may be cargo, credits or an RP demand, such as leaving the system. "Halt" is not a demand.
You see 6.6 it says not alowed to destroy a trade vessel before we issue a demand. It dosent say we have to make demand from combat ships such as fighters bombers and gunboats especialy not from those who bountied us, who FR5 us, who are obviously hostile to us.

Acordingly to this rule we didn't breake any rule cause i just explain above everything you admins tryed not to see. We folowed our ID and and folowed diplomacy of the NPC rougue faction since we are hostile we shot each other.
Looks like all other pirates must ask money for example from liberty navy if we meet them in space, it is realy stupid i wonder if any liberty dreadnought is wiling to pay donations to the indians.
I sugest you change the ID so demands *must* be asked only from cargo ships, trading and mining vessels cause in role play asking it from combat ships is realy realy stupid!

Right of course, your hostile to the Rogue NPCs. No wait, you're not at all. You're in fact green to them. Your ID does not state you can hunt pirates and terrorists. Other IDs do. So what does that tell us? Oh yes that you cannot do that. So yes you must make a demand from other pirate vessels.
Should you make a demand against Navy vessels, by the ID technically you should, but for the sake of common sense we allow you to open up on them with a line of roleplay. Whereas here? Not so much. Rogues have a bounty on you, but still they've got to ask something of you that you can fulfill before they can shoot you. And as for the Rogue coming to shoot you? Nope, he was on his way to Shikoku. You were an unexpected blunder.

Like we say before we accept a sanction and we will demand of course. We apologize for that and i will spoke to him.
But i don't like when someone lie here or you had a wrong info from your buddy Del. He was killed near JG to Cortez, that no way to Shikoku, oh yes it is trough Ontario of course you will say but i don't think that true.
So ask your buddy whats really happened there in California.
EDIT: The members who get FR5 in that moment are red to rougues NPC, maybe this member not because he make char later but most of members are.

As the guy who submitted the sanction report I'd like to clear some things up.
He doesn't have wrong info, he was with me.
I was on my way to Shikoku through Ontario, I was ahead of my comrades and didn't know there was a jump hole so went straight to the jump gate. Rogues don't go through/into New York unless they're prepared to die, the trip to Shikoku is not worth dying for so therefore we go through Ontario.
As for me being near to the Cortez jump gate when I was killed, that jump gate is on the way to the Ontario jump gate, and is also where I met CGS|The.SikSika, so of course I was killed near that jump gate.
