As title says...I'm interested in to gain some informations about those guns. They are bretonian civilians (so no nerf when used be freelancer ID) or lawfull guns and causes some nerfs?

FYI, Civilian guns specifically have the word "Civilian" in the title. Maybe the Purple Goddesses don't, but you know what those are anyway, right?
