Mariusika and Ionut have been sanctioned for:

Mariusika, cloaking in space. Guns, credits and hold content removed.
Ionut, as the rule says, "Engaging" is not sufficient. Guns and hold contents evaporated.
And if we find either of you basing out of Connecticut again with Rheinland Military IDs, the consequences
will be a lot greater ...
