Ye should'a been informed that Gallia and the Mollys came to an agreement of sorts a short time back. Those of the GMS have permission to mine in our fields provided Molly laws and the letter and spirit of the agreement is kept to the tee.

Word of warnin' to ye tho. Ye can mine in Dublin but keep yerselves well away from 'Derry or ye'll find yerself with yer escape pod bein' shipped back to yer home system by slow freight.

Governor Moore is in a meeting regarding a special project series but has asked me to make this reply. OSI has been helpful to the Molly people with assuring access to Zoner installations despite the occasional issues with some of your less intelligent Zoner cousins; shipments of supplies to keep our civilian population fed; and other not so visible and behind the black curtain assistance.

By order of the Governor the OSI is granted trade access to Londonderry for transports and escorts up to gunboat class. Capital class ships will be dealt with on a case by case permission basis, usually for scans or repair/refit at Foyle shipyard. Please ensure that your ships have their transponders correctly tuned to the frequency transmitted privately. Our 'Derry patrols are quite strict and an accidental hostile transponder could have disastrous results. Docking codes to our mining complex are also being transmitted privately.

I've already had a few talks with you on private comms, and I believe we can help each other greatly. As an Outcast I have a very small amount of people I can turn to as allys. But I would like to think I could turn to the Mollys. We would use this access to trade and fund further expeditions, and the granting of this access would start the beginning of a beautiful relationship.
