You remember my transmission from before, since few have interest, I believe you and I have a common complication, comrades. Liberty Navy had increased security around Newark and in New York in general, for high traffic. I am hoping that if I cross paths with you, that I would be allowed to pass by without being fired apon or stopped to be taxed. In return, I will provide services to Nano, shield powercells, and missle payloads if needed. Ill be doing buisness in Liberty to Kusari with Helium. And travel to Omega-7 for uncut dimonds to Newark Station to sell. Reason I ask, even though I have helped a Hellfire Gunship, I am asking for these proclamation acquisition to my request, for safe passage and lending services to your ships if needed. Liberty Navy is a problem for the Cardimine that could be sold at Manhatten, and the Rhienland Military is shooting any ships that carry the uncut dimonds for their own needs. The Hessians also do not like that I am in "their" space for the uncuts. I await your reply.

You are mistaken comrade, uncut dimonds are in you area, cardimine is in Kusari and Liberty Zones. Cardimine has little use in Rhienland, since you, the Corsairs, have attacked any Outcast vessels. I know that the Corsairs are not a faction to be crossed. The Council have Black Market weapons, which I still have to check. If too close to heavy Liberty Patrols, then I will have to find another. I am a smuggler, I do more than simple commodities of the average trader. Medical, food, water, weapons, everything I can provide. Nuclear weapons will also be tough to find, since anyone caught with them are either fined or terminated. I find it best to side with those of greater strength than that of independently operated forces. We share common threats, the Outcasts do not attack me, but I do not trust them. I have been to their, "Home World", they were better off living in escape pods than living on a world were almost anything goes. You and the Hellfire Legion have shown more organization than the Outcasts, since it is mainly a fighter designated: Alpha-One. Rhienland is a common enemy to both of your factions. You must understand, Gallia will break through Bretonia defences, when they do, Rhienland and Liberty will be next, with Kusari following after. Do not insult a comrade that offers services in return. If I were you, I would rethink about this offer, comrade. And the fact that The Vendetta is a Outcast, operating in Rhienland space. Released from the Alaska system in Liberty. I have mentioned this before, LSF Encryption and Intel is childs play to what I have and seek out. Cardimine has helped me in no way possible since I found it. Smugglers are to make some money somehow. Cardimine is mainly for those daring to challenge the Liberty Navy at a chase. I perfer not to transport it, unless I have no choise. Outcasts don't pay as well as for anything else, which baffles me to no end. Also, I had a bit too much Vodka and placed "Cardimine" in the message, I recently made a run from Rhienland Police with Uncuts. But I implore you to consider my offer, not to be taxed and willing to gather armaments and supplies to your ships at no real cost to you, its a offer that may provide you with options in certain space. As a smuggler, I have to play nice with everyone, almost everyone. My disgust with Outcast's home world is reason enough not to continue buisness, espeically with how military might in the houses have increased. If you haven't transported Cardimine, you'll be having your brain replaced before you could drop it off, I haven't and probly never will. I have seen what it has done to them. It is like watching a cat being torn apart by dogs. Do not assume I side with the Outcasts. And last I heard, Outcast home world is now having a unexplain viral outbreak.

Right now, I am currently enroute to the Outcast Home World, Malta, to investigate this outbreak. A number of contacts of mine were on the surface collecting intel on Outcast movements and their association with Rhienland Military. 6 weeks ago, all my contacts went dark, I only heard of the outbreak 2 days ago. I'll be arriving on Malta in a few hours at my current speed. A outcast Outpost is currently offline, also looks as if they were prepelling boarding parties. FLUX, my onboard AI Construct, will transmit my logs of the findings. Hope that the intel needed is still accessable.

If I have understood your recent transmission correctly you are interested in trading with the Corsair Empire? This is despite having declared yourself to be a criminal by our laws as a result of the various cargo types you have transported?

I have also understood that you are currently heading toward a planet that has had an 'unknown viral outbreak'?

I think that I should inform you now, so as to prevent any confusion at some point in the future, that if I see you anywhere near any Corsair bases or planets inhabited by Corsairs I will open fire on you and destroy your vessel.

To answer your unspoken question as to why would a Corsair do such a thing, the answer is very simple. I do not want to have the potential carrier of an 'unknown viral outbreak' coming anywhere near any Corsair installation, or planet. To be frank with you Senor, there is no amount of supplies, or quality of intel that would convince me that it might be worth the risk.

I will be recommending to the Corsair Council that you are vaporised on sight and perhaps this action will benefit human kind in 2 ways. Firstly it might help to prevent the spread of a potentially dangerous virus and secondly it will remove your obviously faulty genetic material from the human gene pool.

Greetings, I am FLUX, Imran's onboard Artificial Intelligence Construct. Jose Benitez, if you had read the information of pervious transmissions, Imran as not conducted any trade with Outcast forces and has not been to Malta for 224 days, 23 hours, 37 minutes and 15 seconds. Imran is currently on the surface of Malta, collecting data, in which will be taken to Cambridge University, where a friend, Professor James Morse, will conduct tests to identiy the cause of the outbreak and also seek out the contacts on Malta. His contacts are non-Outcast member, which they are freelancers and smugglers in a alliance, known as the Black Alliance. Imran has engaged serveral Outcast members that seem to have been mutated. The cause of these mutations is unknown. Mutations may have been caused by radiation in the areas of high population. Imran has not uploaded any logs, but has found Cardimine samples for testing. I am equiped with a hijacked medical scanner system. The samples seem to have mutated into a living substance, consistant with that of amino acids of most basic life. Imran has seen an unknown military force that do not match any of the current House or other faction armor specifications. I advise that you have this channel on a your list to follow up on.
