Sehr geehrter Admiral Landers,
i'm contacting you in a matter of internal security within Rheinland.
The Rheinland Bundespolizei has analyst the incidents of the last months and we noticed really serious incidents happening with and within Rheinland:
The right flow of ressources to the front can now not really be secured by the Rheinland Polizei.
Therefore I request additional help of the Rheinwehr. A cruiser, which will be used as mobile headquarter of the Polizeioberkommando would be a good start, but there is more to do.
The whole trade system within Rheinland is in my opionion not safe enough. Pirates already create traps in front of the jump gates and do not care about the defense systems of trade lanes and the gate.
Is this the glory of Rheinland, which it should be? In my opinion it is not.
Therefore, to ensure the safety of Rheinlands trade agreements, the Rheinland Bundespolizei requests the following:

- The amount of embargo break attemptions is heavly increased.
- The amount of smugglers within Rheinland is also increasing.
- The amount of docking system hacks is uncountable.
- The Rheinland terrorist groups, such as Red Hessian Army, become more and more annoying. They already use battleships to openly attack and harming the Rheinland economy.
- Other terrorist organisations like these Renegades make sport of the Bundespolizei.
- The Joker has already influence in the standard economy.
- Mining operations within the Omega-7 and Omega-11 are almost impossible as result of regulary attacks of terrorist like Corsairs and Red hessians.
- Foreign capital ships, which got orders, simply ignore it or start an engagement against the Polizei.

- 1x Rheinland cruiser from which we can coordinate the actions ordered by the Polizeioberkommando.
- 17x stationary gunboats at each jumpgate to ensure the safe passage thought the jumpgates.
So we can coordinate our forces more efficient.

The Oberkommando is still discussing your requests as those are indeed not normal ones. It's understandable the Rheinland Federal Polizei could use a mobile headquarters, though we're requesting the increment of patrols from the Polizei. I hope it's understandable, since we're talking about warships.
The gunboat request in on hold as well, since none of us want to lose Westfallen again. We think the gunboats are in good place at the frontline at the moment.

with all respect, but I see a contradiction here. The Rheinland Bundespolizei has, in the last weeks, the usual patrols already increased.
Now the Rheinwehr Oberkommando wants to see even more. I'm sure you're aware in which administration effort this will result.
That's the reason why I asked for the cruiser.
Regardless of this, I'd like to know, how many patrols would satisfy the Rheinwehr.
Furthermore, I'd like to add, that I know you do not want to withdraw forces from the front.
This wasn't my intention. My intention was the construction of new gunboats at Alster shipyard.
