Hermano, there has long been a discrepency between what the Coalition can offer the Hessians, and what the Hessians have given to us, hermanos. One that is now rectified, mi amigo.
The Coalition's Cloaking Device Factory has now been brought online, and can commence construction of the devices at your order. There will be a cost in parts, unavoidable, but we can and will manufacture them without reservation for our Hessian Allies.
This should take a strong step towards sealing old wounds, and mending the bridges that connect us.
Let your brethern know, the edge the BDM/RM think they have, has now been curtailed, and the field of war levelled.

Me and the Red Hessian Army once again request your help.
Major Hoerst asked me to reply to you on behalf of that Cloaking Devices you talked about.
The Hessian Army would be interested in two large Cloaking Devices and five small ones. There is no urgent need for these Devices, however that is the rough amount the Army will need in the near future!
