Greetings,
i created a new char, want a Stroke Civil Transporter as a Universal (Liberty) and CANT get the ship cause of the problems between Liberty and Rheinland... what the hell is that? its a Civil Train every one should can get it but i cant cause im a Liberty one.
Thats crap, the base is neutral but cause its to near to the lanes/planet its turn red befor i can dock.
I want this ship. How can i get it if i cant dock there cause of this "Trouble Crap" between this Factions?
And no i dont want any other crap ship of the 5 cargo ones!!!

Buy the ship with fresh character, then work towards desired reputation.

Nope, it is not. You can freely use Stork was Universal Shipping pilot.
Edit. Oh. I understood now. Well, get Synth ID or some Bretonian/Kusarian Corporation ID to buy Stork, then get Universal Shipping ID.

You can do like this:
1. Buy IC ID.
2. Buy Stork.
3. Buy Universal Shipping ID.
