It has come to our attention that during routine shipment runs, one of your men managed to set eyes on something that they should not have really seen!
This is quite disturbing in that operations are quite delicate at the moment and we do not really need extra headaches on top of what we already have. Talking to said man of yours he suggested we contact you directly to open a dialogue. So how may we proceed forward together so that both our parties may prosper?
We have access to certain technologies that can be found no where else in Sirius we could include in any arrangement made here but we need your discretion. So what say you fine brethren of mother earth...

All those things you have mentioned above are Im sure the result of HM Fleet just acting out orders asd Im sure you would do the same if given similar orders from within your own organization's higher-ups.
Fact is the 13th are here to protect the people of bretonia from this foreign onslaught from which we have all suffered.
We have been designated the task of securing Bretonias Northern Border from further incursions by the GRN although such a task seems impossible, given the size of force we facing.
Our installation is a small forward outpost from which we may focus our attacks and gain further intel for the BIS on frog movements. We have no interest in Gaia nor do we pose a risk to you, your people or the planet you protect.
Given Gaia's terrorist roots to struggle, the gaian people are a bretonian people none the less thus our fleet serves to protect you from the GRN, and will defend if you are in danger.
Im aware the BAF and Gaia have had shady dealings in the past with the outcome not so favorable to either side. But I hope we can change this here and now and maybe turn over a new diplomatic leaf.
We are not the primary fleet but we do hold some standing amongst Her Majesty's Realm. So what is it we can offer you ?

You ask of many different things Annora and we only ask for one. Please do not mistake my request of silence on your part as that of weakness!
So in answer to your terms:
- We will not attack your ships as that would make this agreement null and void.
- Any Direct Attack by the Gaian Underloch upon the BAF Primary Fleet will be met with fierce resistance by the 13th Fleet as it is our job after all to support them in protecting Bretonia. And Gaians openly attacking the BAF (starting a fight) consitutes a direct a threat to Bretonia.
- But attacks by the BAF upon Gaian Ships that are defending themsleves will not be engaged by 13th Ships.
- Reports on Gaian Operations / Whereabouts will not be made a mandatory operation for the 13th and any pirating you do will be overlooked.
- You are not to support the GRN Forces in anyway against the 13th Fleet or the BAF regardless of the situation.
- Pirating of ships supplying our base will not take place anywhere within Bretonia.
These are our terms in response to your own, there will have to be some leeway so that the outcome is the best for both parties. As agreeing completely to what you have outlined above would be absurd.
