Festus McBoyle

Festus McBoyles Scrapyard, Leeds.

McBoyles Schrottplatz, Frankfurt - for quality scrap metals.

Lagerhaus, New Berlin. Selling scrap metal 2500sc. Buying Gold ore 8500sc

TO: Dieter Schneider, Rheinländisches Registrierungsbüro

FROM: Festus McBoyle

SUBJECT: Lagerhaus (New Berlin) and McBoyles Schrottplatz (Frankfurt) modular installation.

Ahoy Dieter Schneider,

We have a wee problem with both Lagerhaus and Schrottplatz. Having been given approval to build in said positions, a minor infraction has occurred. We need to parley with you about them. Both are too close to tradelanes! But not to stations, jump gates, planets or other human occupied establishments.

Here be the problems with each vital place. In both cases we ask for official discretion to allow leniency over rule infractions.

Lagerhaus: Used extensively to clean up the toxic waste near Essen and as storage transfer fer scrap metal from Frankfurt to be recycled at Kreuzberg. Here is the Breech Issue. Here is the permission given One and Two

McBoyles Scrottplatz: Doing a great job clearing the roving debris away from the tradelanes. The breech only relates to the tradelanes here. Here is the original request here which includes the request to be 2.1k from nearest tradelanes. This was approved here but now there seems to be uncertainty now whether tradelanes were regarded as solars or not. Again we ask for discretion from Rheinland to continue this vital work.

Herzliche Grüße

Festus

Good day Rheinland Government,

My name is Helmut Schmid and I am the manager of the Miningfactory Neuss.

We have received the updated ordinance §7.2. in regards to modular station placement in House space and are eager to continue operating within the respected law of the government of Rheinland. However, when this station was legally registered in May of 827, our legal team was meticulous to review the ordinances and by laws of Rheinland and made sure our facility would be operating well within the law. Also, at that time (and still to this day) there was/is no line included saying that the area of concern was subject to any future changes and thereby bind our facility to such a situation.
With this rather sudden amendment to the law, a tremendous strain is being placed upon our law-abiding operation in regards to the exorbitant cost of having our facility towed the miniscule distance of 4.8k away from trade lanes to maintain compliance with the new law. We ask therefore, that the benevolent government of Rheinland bequeath our business in the form of a grant the 1,000,000,000 credits needed to hire the station towing services that we may continue our mutually beneficial economic relationship.
At the same time, I would like to apply for a station extension in the form of a second modular station for the new location in order to be able to take our planned production lines online.
You can find the form below.
For the extension I will send you all the information you need:
And yes, we know that there are many modular stations in Frankfurt.
However, for our current station (Miningfactory Neuss) we need a station extension in the form of a second modular station, because we want to manufacture ship parts in the future and cannot accommodate them in the current station, since we need five production lines to cover all components.
Even if we were to expand our current location, we would not be able to accommodate all of the production lines as we would only have two spaces left, but we need five.
We would, after the second modular station is approved by you, change the look of the station to make it look like a train station.
I would like to send you more details on a private channel if it were possible.
But I can assure you that it won't look crowded in Frankfurt.
Of course, the quarterly fee is paid for both stations, although later it looks like one station.

We will transfer the registration fee as soon as all documents have been accepted by you.

On behalf of all of the staff at Miningfactory Neuss, I wish you, your staff, and your goldfish the best of health.

Best regards:
Helmut Schmid
Director Miningfactory Neuss

Guten Tag Herr McBoyle

Apologies for the late response.

The Registreringsbüro has in accordance with the guidance given to us by the government looked over your motion for exemption to Laws of House Rheinland §7.2 in accordance to §7.2.1.

The following decisions has been made in regards to Lagerhaus, New Berlin system.
The application for exemption has been denied. We do not find the presented arguments to be convincing enough to warrant an exemption.

The following decisions has been made in regards to McBoyles Scrottplatz, Frankfurt system.
The application for exemption has been granted. Given the intention of the station, and the danger the debris plays to passing vessels, we find it important not to interrupt the work going on there.

Kind regards,
Dieter Schneider

Guten Tag Direktor Hermann

Apologies for the late response.

The Registreringsbüro has in accordance with the guidance given to us by the government looked over your motion for exemption to Laws of House Rheinland §7.2 in accordance to §7.2.1.

The following decisions has been made in regards to Bochum Depot, New Berlin system.
The application for exemption has been granted. Given the infraction is relatively minor, and the position does not affect the intersection, along with your work cleaning up Dortmund Station, we find it appropriate to grant an exemption.

Kind regards,

Guten Tag Nadine Eisenberger

Apologies for the late response.

The government would like to kindly remind you that all installations are subject to Article 7 of the Laws of Rheinland.
As such, we would like to place a special reminder on §7.2. All modular bases have to be built at a distance of at least 10K from existing installations and other solars. Solars in this situation would include Mannheim Station and all surrounding tradelanes.

We recognize that you have paid your license fee, and as long as the above-mentioned criteria is met, you are granted permission to pursue construction of your modular base.

Kind regards,
Dieter Schneider

Guten Tag Herr Schmid

Apologies for the late response.

The government has looked over your request for an additional installation and find that the grounds for such an expansion is not warranted at this time. As such, the request for an additional installation is denied.

The Government has also looked into your request for a loan in order to fund the movement of your existing installation so it can be in compliance with §7.2, however at this point, the budget has no room for this. Your request for a loan has been denied.

The government would also like to know where you plan to move your installation, Miningfactory Neuss, in order to comply with §7.2 seeing as your request for a loan did not seem to cover the topic of relocation, only funding for such relocation.

Kind regards,
Dieter Schneider

Good day Rheinland Government,

it seems there were a few discrepancies or ambiguities with our request.
I will submit the applications separately so that it is clearer for you.

First of all, we apply for the relocation of our company Mining Factory Neuss.

The new location would be in the Frankfurt system F5, In the Hausenfeld, but at the edge of the field at the top right.(Mapview)

Furthermore, we do NOT need any more credit from you, as we already have the required credits in our bank, which are needed to move the company.

I will send you the applications for the expansion of the company separately, because the relocation is more important to comply with §7.2.

On behalf of all of the staff at Miningfactory Neuss, I wish you, your staff, and your goldfish the best of health.

Submitter: Kapitänleutnant Wolfgang Stuhl
Recipant: Rheinländisches Registrierungsbüro
Subject: Lichtenberg Station exemption request of Updated law §7.2.

Guten tag,

Well, is with no small surprise that we found out that, with recent law changes, our modular instalation now is infringing the very laws codex we are sworn to protect.

I have been assigned to deal with this issue, one more file in a long list, a ocean of paperwork.

While we dont consider this change to be wise, nor benefitial in any way to rheinalndic society, isnt Militär role to judge such things, and considering the fact that we are a instrument at our government disposal, we consider appropriate to require an exemption of said changes based on the reasons i will list below:

- The main purpose, from the concept of this instalation, is to provide a quick response semi-HQ for units protecting the New Berlin - Frankfurt junction and gate; moving such instalation to 10k of lanes will turn its reaction time too great, and as any of our corporations can attest, that is a common pirating point, of one of our corporations main resources source, and at current strenght we cannot maintain a full presence all the time in every corner of our space, with our forces considerably stretched after recent conflicts we have been involved, increased Corsair presence in Munich and Frankfurt, renewed Unioner agression in Hamburg, Munich,Frankfurt and even north of New Berlin system, the new separate Hessians cells in Omegas treatening mining operations and now the rising of tensions in our borders. Moving the base away from lanes go against the very reason for the existence of Lichtenberg Station.

- As the size required for the hangars of such units require a increase in size to provide structural integrity, Oberkommando decided to use such extra space for the devevolpment and production of special equipment for Militär units, thus reducing such materials costs on our already scarce budget.

- Permission for the building of the instalation been granted days prior to the law change, without any warning to our organization of the possibility of a law change that could turn the instalation existance pointless.

- Finally, i would like to note, that with mining in Omegas only existing in deep Omegas, far from our instalations, thus being hard to protect, Frankfurt mining fields are now Rheinland main source of resources and income. The risk for rheinlandic economy and society of having this last "more or less safe" source halved, or greatly reduced is, from our point of view too great to be taken without a really solid reason, a reason that this law change failed to present.

Hochachtungsvoll,
Wolfgang Stuhl
