Good day Zoners, I'm Khassym and current Temporary Leader of the Republic of Latium.
Since our population is arrived in Sirius, we have a great respect for you. Not only you have saved us by the nomads, but you welcomed our population in the Freeports. But the reason of this communication is not just to say thanks for your help. After we arrived at Sirius, we have begun to explore Omicron and Omega systems and we found a very good system where we can estabilish ourself, but it's located in your area and we would like to get permission from you to build a base there. The base concerned will be built in a place that we will not reveal in this communication, but through a most secure channel to hide its position from possible enemies. Our intention is not establish a colony yet, but to build a small outpost to continue the exploration of Sirius while our population will remain in freeports, until we will not find a more secure location where to transfer them.

Our reputation is neutral with all other factions of Sirius, except Nomads and Wilde, so the base will be accessible to both Zoners and other factions, but its location will be revelead only to our allies to prevent possible attacks since at the beginning the base will be defenseless. We hope that our proposal will be accepted.

Khassym, It hould be noted that zoner space is kinda ambiguous. So long as you're not constructing your base within Omicron 74 or the TAZ operated system of Baffin, you can build where you please. Space is a big place, just because we have stations in a system doesn't mean we have claim to the whole thing. If you need supplies delivered to help your outpost get situated then just let me know. The Eradicahn can send a few deliveries your way.
