Problem with stuck rep - Talesin - 04-17-2012
Greetings there.
Yesterday i bought an IMG Hegemon, flew it to Kreuzberg Depot and exchanged the IMG ID with a recruit one.
Then i did several Rheinland unlawful bribes (Unioners, Bundschuh, LWB). As last step i did a ~280k Hessian doublebribe with got me Hessian rep flashing.
After undocking though, the Rep wasn't flashing any more, merely at +0,9.
Then flew to Vogtland, exchanged the recruit ID with a Hessian one and did three Hessian missions without changing the Hessian rep at all.
Does anybody know how this can happen? Is it some common bug?

IFF is usually the first rep that hits 9 bars. If you have another IFF then you will need to /droprep and relog until the one you want is flashing.
Also make sure it is resally 9 full bars. Sometimes you can lose a sliver off the last one

thanks for the reply.
I'm aware of such.
Unfortunately the Hessian reputation is the most-repped one, as i said, it even flashed green, before undocking.
No other reputation is flashing, currently i am not showing an IFF to others.
I thought +0,9 + 3 missions done should suffice to make it flashing thus i am assuming a bug.

If its a new character...you may have a rep adjustment you dont see...as in, in game you have not encountered any ships of the faction that would be flashing in your rep list. This has happened to me before, when making a new character and bribing to get it right, do a /droprep and that has helped...sometimes have had to do it a few times to clear out the invisible factions in the rep list. Have someone tell you what IFF you have on your ship and see if its in the list.

It seemed as if the char had had Bundschuh rep, without displaying, didn't think of it since it wasn't a new char, but a bought one.
