My laptop crashed a while ago and thus i lost my account ID and so i need my characters transferred to my new account ID.

You need to PM an Admin with the names of the characters on the account so they can retrieve it.
Also where is your avatar from?

Admins are busy people. Takes a while for them to respond to your PMs.
Try PMing the Admins again. Also, next time, do backup your accounts.
