One of our Shukensha class liners -escorted by a Hayabusa and a Black Dragon- entered the Omega-50 system, not knowing that the Coalition has laid claim to this system. For this, I must apologize to you, and to the pilots of the coalition that were encountered. We were not aware of this claim, since we have not been to the Omegas that often. The passengers on board of the liner came from the Golden Dragon in Tottori, and insisted they be delivered to the Boa Vista station. I am assuming they are residents on board this station. The pilots apparently had difficulty convincing the Coalition pilots of their good intentions. Presumably, this is due to the fact that a sizable amount of Hogosha members have been arrested in the last year. May I please point out, that in this process not a single family member of the Black Dragon Society was arrested, let alone accused of crimes. There were no foul intentions at play when the Society visited Omega-50. The liner's pilot has given your pilots his word on this, as will I do now. Furthermore, I hope that this does not give an increased negative view of our family. May I hereby request for clearance on behalf of the Black Dragon Society to let passengers board and disembark in the Omega-50 system? It is understandable if you disagree with this proposal.
