I myself can't care less about. The space you are talking about is just a little part of space Bretonia has an influence on. But well. Be assured, no matter what the IMG has told you that they accept:
As soon as you are violating any laws of Bretonia, and as soon as an outpost of yours endangers bretonian traffic, your outpost will have been there for the longest time being.
I myself can not speak for the government of Liberty, nor for the Liberty Navy. But be assured, as soon as you violate bretonian or liberty laws, the agreements of the treaty of Curaracao will take part.
As long as you do not know what that means, just be sure that you keep the laws of the houses you ask for permission, my dear sir.

Andrew Cardinal;
Due to the current status of our law; that is, they are all illegal within the space in which we enforce our laws, I would not start construction of that base if I were you. However, it is the policy of our navy not to remove bases that are in the periphery unless there is good cause to do so. Of course, I would never advocate, nor take responsibility for, telling you to break the law as it is written.
We in government are working on legislation regarding base construction and zoning. If you want to know what you're getting into before you make a commitment, I would suggest holding off on the construction of that base.
