We'd love to sell you a cloaking device, but I'm afraid our current price is non-negotiable. Cloaking device construction is a very delicate process, then couple that with high material costs. Perhaps you can find a secondhand one for that price. If you are unable to find one elsewhere we should have one in stock within 1 to 2 working days.
